See How Beyoncé Heats Up Her Winter White Look

There’s nothing neutral about her latest ensemble.

Though the fashion term “winter white” derives its name from the icy hues of a snowfall, there’s no reason the monochromatic look can’t be sizzling for the spring and summertime, too. Case and point: The always-stylish Beyoncé, who heated up the trend and made it completely her own. Posting a series of looks on Instagram today, the singer donned the look for a courtside NBA match—the Golden State Warriors versus the New Orleans Pelicans—with husband, Jay-Z. And though it was all white, there’s nothing neutral about this ensemble.

For her all-white look, Beyoncé wore a deconstructed jersey tank dress by Alexander Wang, giving it a more edgy spin with an oversized white parka. She accessorized the ensemble with a white alligator Stalvey bag, and wrap-tied sandals by Saint Laurent in—can you guess?—white leather. The reason it works: She styled the hue with different textures, but made sure the shades were exactly matchy-matchy. Considering the music superstar operated her own wind machines during her Coachella performance this month, it’s no surprise she’s a perfectionist—even when it comes down to nailing that monochromatic moment.
